Officer Elections 2010
Election of officers will be conducted by E-mail this year. Nominations are now closed. Vote by e-mail (kobejalt@gmail.com) by November 17 midnight.

Recording Secretary - Eiko Kaido
Treasurer - Tony Torbert
Membership Chair - David Heywood
Program Chair - Brent Jones
Publicity Chair - Stuart Cunningham
Facilities Chair - Yasuko Koike
Local Chapter Meetings
Our main activities revolve around the planning and hosting of local chapter meetings. These are presentations by professional language educators or distinguished individuals in related fields. We also offer chapter members the opportunity to present research or other topic of interest to the language teaching community. We normally hold our meetings on the third or fourth Saturday in the afternoon. Meetings are held on the fourth floor of Kobe YMCA.
Finally, we would
like to encourage more Kobe Chapter members to get involved. The
strength of JALT depends greatly on volunteers like you willing to
share their time and energy. Hope to see you soon.
